1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
2 - 10 oz pkg Shredded Colby/Jack Cheese
1 - 16 oz can Re-fried Beans (Warmed)
1 pkg. Large Flour Tortillas
1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1 tbls. Chili Powder

Optional Toppings:
Taco Sauce
Onions
Chili Peppers
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown meat w/ salt and pepper, garlic and cumin. Drain off fat. Add 2 cups water, 1 can tomato sauce, bouillon cube and chili powder.

Mix all ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Spray and grease 9x13 pan. Layer beef sauce, tortillas and cheese. Top w/ sauce and cheese.

Bake 30-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Top with taco sauce, onions, chili peppers, sour cream and guacamole.
