Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer bowl mix the water, salt and sugar, let stand for few seconds, add 2 c. of flour and stir the mixing at a slow speed, add the oil and 1 c. of sugar. Add more flour about 1/2 c. at a time till you mix about 6 to 7 c.. Let it mix at a higher speed for about 5 minutes. In a bowl spread cooking oil all around to avoid the dough stick to the bowl. Put the dough in the bowl cover with plastic wrap and let the dough double in size. In a small container mix the cinnamon and 1/2 c. sugar. After the dough doubles, on a clean surface knead the dough with your hands till most of the air is out; divide the dough in 2 portions. With the roller pin spread the dough making a rectangle about 32 x 20 inches. Rub on top of the dough 1/2 stick of butter and sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mix. Roll up the dough till all the cinnamon mix is in the middle and seal the roll with a bit of water on the edge of the dough. Cut the dough into 2 inch thick rolls and arranged the pieces on a greased cookie sheet. Let them rest for about 10 minutes. Heat oven at 350 bake the rolls for about 15 to 18 minutes depending on the oven. Repeat the process for the second portion of dough, cool completely. On the mixer bowl mix the butter, the cream, vanilla and confectioners' sugar till it is a nice and smooth cream, top the cinnamon rolls with the creamy sugar. Enjoy your sweet treat. For the leftovers you can warm them in the microwave and enjoy your sweet treat all over again. They will last about a week depending on size of your family members. It is a wonderful treat to send to your friends and neighbors, you will be surprised with their reaction!!
