1 medium onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. vegetable oil
3 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream

Finely chop onion. Combine onion, bread crumbs, turkey, egg, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well, and shape into 20 meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for 1-3 minutes. Place meatballs in skillet. Cook 6-8 minutes, until browned, turning meatballs as necessary. Set meatballs aside. In same skillet, add flour and butter. Whisk to form a smooth paste. Slowly add broth and cream, stirring constantly. Cook 1-2 minutes,until sauce comes to a simmer. Return meatballs to skillet; cook, covered 4-5 minutes until meatballs are no longer pink in centers. Serve meatballs and sauce. (I usually serve meatballs over rice)
