2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. finely chopped celery
¼ c. chopped onion
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
½ c. sliced almonds
½ c. Hellman’s mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated Cheddar Cheese
One small bag of potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Top with cheese and chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350ºF. Serve with a tossed or gelatin salad.
