2 tbls. Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 lb Ground Round / Sliced or Sirloin
1 - 10 oz pkg. Pea Pods
1 tsp. Sugar
2 tbls. Sherry
1/3 c. Chicken Broth
1 tbls Soy Sauce
1 c. Bean Sprouts
1 tbls. Cornstarch Dissolved in 1 tbls. H2O
1/2 c. Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil with salt. Add meat and stir-fry until meat loses pink color. Add peas and fry 30 seconds. Sprinkle with sugar. Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Add broth and cover. Steam 2-3 minutes. Stirring occasionally. When peas are tender add soy sauce and beansprouts. Add dissolved cornstarch. Stir. Stir in Peanuts
