3-4 pounds stew meat
2 T. margarine
2 1/2 quarts water
48 oz. V-8 juice
1 15 oz. can tomato soup
1/2 c. barley
1 c. diced onion
2 c. frozen corn
1 c. diced celery
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. diced potatoes
2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 cubes beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot brown stew beef. Cook meat and water and simmer for 1 hour. Add rest of the ingredients and cook on medium heat for several more hours till all vegetables are tender. Simmer till ready to eat.
