1 lb ground turkey
2 c canned, crushed tomatoes
1 c diced onion
1/2 c orzo pasta, uncooked (rice works too)
1 c water
1 c chopped red or green pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp chili powder
16 oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:

Cook ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until browned. Drain. Stir in remainng ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently until pasta/rice is tender.
