3 T. flour
1 stick butter
2 c. breakfast cream
1 t. whie pepper
¼ c. finely chopped green onion dash of Tabasco
½ lb. grated Swiss cheese
½ c. dry white wine
1 lb. fresh crab meat
½ t. salt (more if needed)
2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green onions in butter until wilted. Add flour and cream to make a white sauce. Add wine, seasonings, and swiss cheese. Stir until cheese is melted, then fold in crab meat. Top with crushed potato chips and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. (Could use 1 c. cheese)
