1 CUP EACH WHITE SUGAR AND BROWN SUGAR
3 TSP MAPLE FLAVORING
2 CUP COARSELY SHREDDED ZUCCHINI
2 1/2 CUP FLOUR, UNSHIFTED
1/2 CUP TOASTED WHEAT GERM
2 TSP EACH SODA AND SALT
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED WALNUTS
1/3 CUP SESAME SEEDS

BEAT EGGS. ADD OIL, SUGARS AND MAPLE FLAVORING AND BEAT UNTIL THICK AND FOAMY
STIR IN SHREDDED ZUCCHINI. COMBINE FLOUR, WHEAT GERM, SOD, SALT, BAKING POWDER, AND WALNUTS. STIR GENTLY UNTIL JUST BLENDED. DIVIDE BATTER BETWEEN 2 - 5X9 LOAF PANS. SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS OVER TOP OF EACH. BAKE AT 350 º FOR ONE HOUR OR TILL TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PAN 10 MINUTES TAKE ON WIRE RACK.
