1 C. sugar
1C margarine
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 cup powdered sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
5 1/4 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, margarine,oil and add beaten eggs and flavorings. Add flour,soda, and cream of tartar.Refrigerate overnight or will keep a couple of days in refrigerator. Roll in ball and dip is sugar,roll flat with glass. Bake at 350º oven for 10-12 minutes.
