2 lbs. of ground chuck
salt,pepper and garlic to taste
2 cans of tomato sauce
2 cans of water
1 can of navy beans
large onion
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of chili powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck in large per wit 1/2 of large onion. Drain.Add salt .pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add about 2 tbsps. of chili powder and about 2 tbsps. of flour.Stir until well blended. Add 2 cans of tomato sauce with 2 cans of water. Add 1 can of Navy beans. Simmer about 30 minutes on low heat.
