Notes: Mother's ending advice from her book, Special Touches for Decorating Food: "When presenting Souffle Rothschild, a delicious dessert flavored with kirsch and candied fruit, decorate the top with some glace'ed cherries and a sprig of mint for a dish that is equally as appealing to the eye as to the palate; that is the real reason for Special Touches for Decorating Food."
