1 BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
2 LBS HAMBURGER
2 PKG OF CHINESE WONT TON SKINS

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT WON TON SKINS IN LARGE BOWL. PUT ABOUT 1/2 TSP OF MEAT MIXTURE ON A SKIN AND FOLD SKIN TO SEAL IN THE MEAT MIXTURE. FRY, FILLED AND FOLDED WON TON, IN DEEP FAT FRYER AT 375º FOR 3-5 MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
