1 chicken (3 1/2 lbs cooked and cut in pieces)
1 1/4 cup wild rice or 1 package of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice Mix
1 cup celery cut fine
1 -8 ounce can mushroom pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
toasted almonds

Directions:

Cook rice as directed and cool. Add all else except almonds. At serving time decorate with parsley and toasted almonds.
