1 can (14 oz.) artichokes minced
1 can (4 oz) crabmeat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 medium onion chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
garlic powder, to taste

Mix all ingredients in greased casserole. Bake uncovered 375º for 15 or 20 minutes, until brown and bubbly. Serve warm with small rye bread or plain crackers.

Variation: Delete crab. Add another can of chopped artichoke. Serve with cucumbers or chips.
