2 envelopes Knox plain gelatin
1 can (15 oz) salmon drained (save liquid)
1 stalk celery chaffed
1 small onion quartered
1/2 medium cucumber peeled and cut in pieces
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan sprinkle gelatin over salmon liquid (add water to make 1 cup). Let stand 1 minute, then stir over low heat until totally dissolved, about 5 minutes. Put in blender or food processor gelatin mixture, vegetables, cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix at high speed until blended. Add salmon, dill, and salt -blend. Pour into a 5 1/2 cup mold chill till firm. Unmold & serve with crackers.
