4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/3 C buttermilk
1 T white wine vinegar
1/3 tsp sugar
1/3 C sour cream
/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 C mayonnaise
salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mash blue cheese and buttermilk until mixture resembles cottage cheese. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
