2 cups squash (cooked)
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon grated onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in hot milk. Pour over bread crumbs and mix well. Add to squash. Beat eggs and seasonings together, add to mixture. Pour in baking dish and bake 30 minutes or more in moderate oven. Cover top with cheese and bread crumbs (lots of cheese)!
