2 cups Wondra Flour (or any other brand)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind (or 1 T. lemon juice)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts , pecans)
1 cup mashed banana (about 4 medium sized bananas)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Put everything else into another bowl. Then add dry ingredients one-third at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into heavily greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for one hour. Cool on cake rack before slicing.
