1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup diced pared apple
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, minced
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup condensed beef broth
1 cup light cream
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 tablespoon Accent
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute curry powder and apple in butter until it is soft. Stir in vegetables; mixing thoroughly. Add beef broth. Bring to a boil, then stir in cream and milk. Bring just to boil again.

Combine cornstarch and cold water. Add and cook stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Stir in remaining ingredients.
