2 cans crab meat
1/2 cup thick cream sauce seasoned with salt and red pepper
beaten egg
cracker crumbs
parsley sprig
lemon
oil/fat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crab and cream sauce and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours until firm enough to mold into croquettes or chops. Dip in beaten egg and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in deep fat. Garnish with slice of lemon and sprig of parsley.
