1/2 pound N.Y. Cheddar
1 cup Pet milk
Dash Worchester and Tobasco

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and finely cut cheese over low flame. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Serve on hot toast with slices of crisp bacon. Any leftover can be refrigerated and used as a sandwich spread.
