6 sweet potatoes
3 eggs, large
1 stick butter
3 tsp. vanilla extract (or nutmeg)
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
2 prepared pie shells, unbaked
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Allow to cool, remove potato skins and mash. Mix all ingredients together, pour into two prepared pie shell and bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes to one hour until set.
