6 Slices Beef Tenderloin
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup White Wine
1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
Juice of 1 Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat w/ salt & pepper on both sides. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add meat & brown quickly on both sides. Remove to a dish. Using a whisk, stir flour into pan juices. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat 2 minutes. Stir in wine & cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Add meat, parsley & lemon juice. Simmer 5 minutes.
