3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
12 saltines rolled into crumbs
12 dates chopped fine
1/2 cup shopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Work cracker crumbs into dates and nuts.
Beat whites real stiff with sugar.
Add baking powder, flavoring, nuts, etc. into whites.
Bake in greased pie pan in slow oven about 45 minutes.
