4 chicken breasts (You fry or buy!)
flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
black pepper
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cans of tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon powdered thyme
2 onions
2 green peppers
1 small garlic glove
1/4 cup toasted almonds
3 large tablespoons currants
white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour, salt, pepper and fry. Brown in fat. Remove from pan. Into fat add onions, green peppers and garlic. Cook slowly, stir constantly. Season with salt, white pepper and curry powder. Add tomatoes, chopped parsley, and powdered thyme. Put chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over it. (If mixture doesn't cover chicken add water) Put in oven and cook covered about 45 minutes @ 325º. Add currants to rice. Pour meat sauce over rice and top with toasted almonds.
