3 or 4 slices of bacon
1 piece of garlic
1 onion
1 spoon flour
1 pound round steak ground
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato puree
celery
green pepper
chili powder
1 spoon chili sauce
American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon fine. Put in boiler and cook out the fat. Add minced garlic and onion. Cook till golden brown. Add 1 spoon of flour. Add round steak, let sear. Add tomatoes and puree. Add salt, pepper, celery, green pepper, and grated American cheese. Let cook slowly for about 2 hours. Season to taste with chili powder, chili sauce, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, etc.
