Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
Velveeta cheese
8 slices of bread
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain hamburger, put back in pan. Chop the onion, pepper and tomatoes. Add to the hamburger. Mix well. Butter two slices of bread and place in a skillet like you would make a grilled cheese. On one slice put the meat mixture and on the other piece place a couple slices of Velveeta cheese. When bread is browned and the Velveeta is melted, put together and it's ready to eat. This would make about 4 sandwiches. You may use more or less of the onion, pepper and tomatoes. It's whatever you like.

Personal Notes:
This is a favorite of the whole family. Myra made these often. We ate this in the summer time when the garden vegetables were ready. It was good to eat with fried okra and corn on the cob.
