1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 (6 oz) container plain low-fat yogurt
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 T vegetable oil
2 T skim milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oats, uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
1 cup diced mixed dried fruit

Heat oven to 350º. Lightly spray bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, egg, oil, milk and vanilla; mix well.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in oats and dried fruit.
Spread dough onto bottom of baking pan. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered.
