Ingredients:  
2 cups shredded chicken
chopped green onions
2 cups cheese (mixed kinds)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can diced green chilies
corn tortillas
--Mix together chicken, green onions, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, chilies in a bowl. Then stir in 1/2 cup enchilada sauce and season with salt and pepper.

SAUCE
2 T vegetable oil
2 T flour
2 T chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 can chicken broth
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Heat oil in sauce pan; stir in flour and chili powder and cook for one minute. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Put sauce over top of enchiladas and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Enjoy!
