7 egg whites, unbeaten
1-1/2 chips sugar
1-1/2 graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 cups pecans
1-1/2 cups coconut
9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together (by hand - do not use an electric mixer). Pour into pie shell.

Bake until glossy and set about 25 - 30 minutes - do not over bake! Serve warm with sliced bananas and whipped creme!
