1 brisket fat
1 bottle BBQ sauce of choice
Garlic Pepper Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim most of the fat from the brisket leaving some on the bottom to creat juice during baking. Season with garlic pepper salt cover tight with foil and bake at 225 for 4 to 5 hours depending on the size. When meat pulls apart easily, its done. Drain off juice and save on the side. Shread Meat and place back in the pan. Combine the BBQ sauce with the juice and pour over the brisket and bake at 225 for another hour.
