1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

BATTER:
1/2 cup butter
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for topping first and set aside.

Cream butter, sugars, vanilla and egg. Sift and blend in dry ingredients . Spoon large rounded tablespoons of mixture into 16 cupcake paper liners or greased cupcake pans. Bake 375º fro 10-12 minutes.

Remove cupcakes from oven and spoon a large tablespoon of topping mixture onto each cupcake and bake another 15 minutes.

Cool and store.
