2 sticks butter - softened to room temperature
2/3 cups sugar
2-1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, work in flour a little at a time until dough is firm enough to transfer to an ungreased jelly role. Prick dough with a fork and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately cut into 'fingers' and dust with powdered sugar.
