1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Package Taco Seasoning
4 Oz. Cream Cheese
14-16 Jumbo Shells
1 1/2 Cups Salsa
1Cup Taco Sauce
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Montgomery Jack Cheese
3 Green Onions- Optional
Sour Cream- Optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a frying pan cook ground beef; add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions.
3. Add cream cheese, cover and simmer until cheese is melted. Blend well. Set aside and cool completely.
4. While ground beef is cooking, cook the pasta shells as directed on packaging and then drain.
5. Set shells out individually on cutting board/baking sheet so they don't stick together.
6. Poor salsa on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Stuff each shell with the meat mixture. Place shells in 9x13 pan face up.
7. Cover shells with taco sauce and bake for 30 minutes.
8. After 30 minutes add shredded cheese and bake for additional 10-15 minutes.
