1 pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 small jar of pimentos
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chives, chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, diced (or substitute 16 oz. of canned chunked chicken)
1 can (8 oz.) crescent rolls
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix together the cream cheese, pimentos, salt, pepper, milk and chives until blended. Add chicken. Unfold two crescent rolls and overlap slightly, pressing seams together to make a rectangle. Repeat with remaining crescent rolls. Divide chicken mixture evenly in the middle of dough and fold up corners to make a pocket. Brush melted butter on the top of each crescent roll pocket and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Refrigerate any leftovers.
