8 1/2 Ounces All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Course Salt
2 1/2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
1 1/4 Cups Light Brown Sugar
8 Ounces Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Pounds Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl and set aside.
2. Using a mixer, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes), add in eggs. Stir in vanilla. Reduce to low speed and stir in dry ingredients.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and refrigerate dough for 24-36 hours.
4. When ready, bake at 350º for 1-12 minutes.
