2 packages Martha White Cornbread Mix, or Favorite Brand
1 can whole kernel corn, well drained
1/2 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine eggs and milk, mix well. Add dry mixes to liquid and stir until just moistened. Fold in corn and creamed corn. Do not over mix. Spread in greased 13"x9" baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. Top will be golden brown. Serve with butter.

I make this for family gatherings, and it's always a hit! They are so moist and delicious. You can add 1/2 cup diced and lightly sauteed green/red peppers for some color, or 1/4 finely diced raw jalapenos for a kick. Just remember to add extras by folding them into batter gently. Overmixing causes the cornbread to flatten.
