"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Have cream cheese and sour cream at room temperature. Beat cheese and sour cream together, add sugar, beat, add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Add vanilla.

Place crescent rolls flat on the bottom only of a 13x9x2 ungreased baking dish. Pour in batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and few raisins on top if desired. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Adding the cinnamon and raisins gives it that old fashioned cheesecake look. This is a good breakfast cake because it's not as heavy and rich as regular cheesecake.
