1 1/2 To 2 Pounds Stew Meat Or Other Beef Cubed
1 LARGE Can Mild Sauce
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1/2 Can Refried Beans (Optional)
5-7 Burrito Sized Flour Tortillas
1 Cup Or So Of Shredded Cheese

Directions:
1. Put beef, bouillon, and enchilada sauce into crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours
2. When beef is done, taste and add more salt.
3. Heat up refried beans in microwave and put your oven on broil.
4. On an oven proof plate, lay out a tortilla and place 1/2 cup of beef on it, and a spoonful of refried beans.
5. Roll into a burrito and pour some of the enchilada sauce over the tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
6. Bake about 2-4 minutes
