1 c. flour

2 tsp. bkg. pwd.

1/2 tsp. salt

1 egg and enough milk to make 1/2 c.

2 tbsp. cold butter

1 tbsp. chopped fresh parlsey

1/4 c. grated carrots

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls into the stew. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
