3/4 Pound Boston Butt Roast
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
2 T packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crockpot. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over roast. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on high. Take meat out of crockpot and shred with forks. Add some of the liquid in the crockpot to make moist. Can be covered and put in oven on 225 degrees if need be.
