1 1/2 c. sugar
Dressing
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. slat
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp. tumeric

Salad
1 3lb. bag of coleslaw mix
1 red onion chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Boil all ingredients for one minute stirring constantly and cool.

Prepare and mix salad ingredients.

Poor cooled dressing over salad mix. Stir and let sit for 2 hours before serving. 1 c slice green olives optional.
