1 can pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
2 T. corn starch
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 green bell pepper
For FRYING:
4-8 chicken breasts cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip Chicken in milk, then flour mixture, then fry in oil. Put chicken in bottom of semi large baking pan. Drain Pineapple juice into a 2 cup measuring cup, then add enough water to make 1 1/4 cup. In sauce pan combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and bouillon. Bring to boil for 2 min. stirring constantly. Mix sauce with pineapple and bell pepper diced. Pour on Chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 min @ 350º. Serve on rice.

Chicken doesn't have to be fried, also you can use breaded chicken tenders. Family favorite growing up.
