2 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 medium sized zucchini
1 can of peas
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil in 2 quart saucepan. Simmer until onions are transparent. Add tomato sauce. Drain peas and put liquid in with sauce. Add sliced zucchini and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 20 minutes until zucchini is cooked. Add peas and cook 5 minutes more.

This can be poured over pasta for a main dish. Add grated cheese for extra taste.
