4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp oil
5 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups milk

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and milk. Stir till you have a soft dough. The more sticky the dough the crispier the bannock will be. Fry in deep fryer until golden brown.
