3 oz. cream cheese
3 T. melted butter
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. mushrooms-chopped
1/4 c. chives-chopped
3/4 c. seasoned croutons-crushed
salt and pepper to taste
3 8 oz. cans of Crescent Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese with 2 T. butter. Add next 3 ingredients and mix well. Separate each can of crescent rolls into 4 squares (pat severed parts together). Put scoop of chicken mixture into each square of dough. Pull 4 corners of dough to top and center of chicken mixture. Twist points to seal. Brush top with remaining butter and sprinkle with crushed croutons. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown and chicken filling bubbles at the top of the crescent rolls.

Simmer 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup and 1/2 soup can milk to make a "gravy" for the Chicken Crescent Rolls. Goes great with rice and steamed broccoli.
