Beef and/or Pork Country Style Ribs

Homemade BBQ Sauce:
3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 tsps. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili power
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Wright's Liquid Smoke (use very little)
2 dashes tabasco sauce
1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bake ribs in crockpot until fork tender (4-5 hours, or longer).

Mix BBQ sauce ingredients together and simmer on stove for five to ten minutes.

When ribs are ready, drain off the grease, and pour on BBQ sauce. Leave in crockpot for at least another 45 minutes.
