Skillet Italian Dinner Recipe

2 pounds ground meat
3 cloves garlic, minced
26 ounce spaghetti sauce
2 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
12 ounce pasta
1 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1 tsp. Janes Crazy Mixed up Salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Brown the meat in large sauce pan.
Stir in garlic, spaghetti sauce, water & dressing.
Add noodles, stir and cover.
Cook on met to low heat 15 to 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir in ricotta cheese, salt & pepper
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
