6 C potatoes, diced, boiled, chilled
2 C WHOLE milk (use only whole)
1/2 C REAL butter (use only the real stuff)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C flour
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
6 oz Velveeta cheese-cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare potatoes. Melt butter in large saucepan, add flour & blend.
Gradually add the milk & cook until thick (watch so it doesn't burn). Add remaining ingredients & stir until cheese melts. Add potatoes & stir well. Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350º F 25-30 minutes, until top is browned.

A dish from my childhood growing up with birthday visits at least to a Michigan institution - Knapp's always served these in individual oven dishes. Smooth, cheesy, delish!!!
